This position will report to the General Manager of the resort and will share responsibility for operational management with him, following the guidelines of IHC Group.

We are recruiting for a Cluster Hotel Manager for Chia Laguna Nature Resort, who will take on the operational responsibility of the two Hilton branded hotels part of the resort:
The Cluster Hotel Manager will be responsible for managing the daily hotel operations of these hotels in the continuing effort to deliver the brand promise, creative and outstanding guest service.
Must possess hands‑on and successful experience in managing all the key business functions required of a Hotel Manager, including operations, management controlling, sales, revenue and e‑commerce. All in an upscale/luxury branded environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining presence and communicating effectively at all levels within the two hotels part of resort.
Must be a strong leader who has empathy and an ability to motivate and mentor others to deliver the agreed strategy and desired outcomes within allocated timeframes.
Be a self‑starter and have the ability to establish a process for activities that lead to the implementation of the agreed strategy, systems, procedures or outcomes.
Ability to take initiative to identify, prioritize and implement actions required to completion and ensuring deadlines are met. Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple and concurrent demands. Ability to collaborate with others and act in an objective manner to stay on track to achieve goals.
The ability to readily modify, respond to and integrate change with minimal personal resistance. Must be able to adapt to changing environments.
Must possess strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate the results clearly, either through monthly performance reports or any other ad hoc financial analysis requested from GM. Capability to propose solutions that adjust costs in line with revenue performance.
