Production Shift Leader

PRODUCTION SHIFT LEADER (MARCIANISE PLANT)

Directly reporting to the Production Area Manager, ensures shift/line production plan execution, providing products of defined quality, at optimal cost, by organizing team members and available assets. He ensures health and safety requirements according to law and in line with HSE policies.

Responsabilitá

• Organizes work allocation on the line to ensure optimal production plan exec
• Organizes work in the shift to ensure regular preventive maintenance of the lines/ systems/ machines
• Ensures food safety requirements for finishing goods produc
• Ensures health and safety requirements according to law (Legislative Decree no. 81/10) and in line with HSE policies, guidelines and internal procedures, being people in charge in the relevant production area (prepost o)
• Ensures and organizes problem solving sessions and related activities with team members and key stakeholde rs
• Ensures production plan execution in his/ her shift (performance to schedul e)
• Ensures shift's/ team's KBIs delivery (SLE, Yields, GMP etc .)
• Makes certain that shift reports are prepared on time and according to agreed requiremen ts
• Ensures that team members develop the right skills set for performing their job effective ly
• Ensures that team members have clear responsibilities and objectiv es
• Recognizes good performance and addresses poor performance quicky l y
• Supports and suggests continuous processes improvements (suggests updates of the tools for processing operators’ suggestions and idea s)

Requisiti

• Degree in Mechanical or Chemical or Management Engineer
• Minimum 2 years of relevant production experie
• Previous experience in team management (nice to ha
• Understanding of food and beverage technol
• Good knowledge of Maintenance procedu
