Credit Collection Manager - French Market
Experience in managing relationships with public or private counterparties for debt recovery and negotiation of agreements
Proactive mindset with a focus on achieving KPIs (priority oriented).
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Flexible approach to problems and strong aptitude for teamwork.
Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum of 4 / 5 years of experience in a similar role
People Management
60% Italy based - 40% French based - willing to travel
Proactive mindset with a focus on achieving KPIs (priority oriented).
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to negotiate with debtors / public sectors.
Flexible approach to problems and strong teamwork skills.
Organizational skills
English C1 level, French : Native / C2 Level; Italian : Nice to have
Milan, Italy - first period of on-boarding later based in Paris, France
