The Opportunity

Quantum is seeking an ambitious and analytically minded Key Account Manager to drive commercial growth across existing and new partnerships. This is a role for a strategic commercial thinker with a passion for performance marketing, who thrives in a high-growth environment and enjoys taking full ownership of their portfolio.

You’ll work closely with senior commercial stakeholders, supporting the company’s revenue strategy while developing high-value partnerships across global markets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of key commercial partners
  • Negotiate and optimise commercial agreements to drive profitability
  • Use a data-first approach to scale digital campaigns and achieve ROI
  • Lead onboarding of new partners and ensure seamless activation
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospects and sales opportunities
  • Drive outreach and nurture leads through the sales funnel
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and partnership communication records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support conversion and onboarding performance
  • Provide reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends and feedback to identify growth opportunities
  • Represent the business at key industry events and trade shows
  • Support commercial KPIs and contribute to company-wide performance targets

About You

  • 3+ years’ experience in a commercial or account-management role
  • Experience in iGaming and/or affiliate marketing strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of digital acquisition funnels and commercial mechanics
  • Proven ability to close deals and grow key accounts
  • Highly analytical with a data-driven mindset and ROI focus
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including in-person settings
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with a growth mindset and low-ego approach
