Software Engineer

Overview

We’re growing! Our Autonomous Driving team in Parma (Italy) is seeking a SW Engineer to join the team. The opening is for a Software Engineer focused on developing embedded software for Autonomous Driving applications and software modules for dataset playback. The successful candidate will contribute to the on-chip integration of state-of-the-art obstacle tracking, 3D reconstruction and visualization algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software modules for dataset visualization and playback
• Design robust and efficient debugging and visualization tools
• Enhance system integration across the Autonomous Driving software stack
• Deploy software components into test vehicles
• Document software components and workflows to support team collaboration
• Participate in real-world testing, including data acquisition and autonomous driving experiments

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering, CS or equivalent
• Strong programming skills in C / C++ and scripting languages
• Experience with Git and CI / CD pipelines
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
• Good communication skills
• Experience with embedded systems
• Familiarity with RTOS (e.g. QNX / ThreadX) is a plus
