Job Overview

Open for Junior (Apprentice) and Senior (Technical) positions, requiring autonomy for Senior.

Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning and maintenance of civil/industrial HVAC systems including split, ducted, VRF/VRV, heat pumps air-water and domestic hot water, air treatment VMC/UTA.
• Junior: work under supervision to learn installation, diagnosis and compliance with norms (e.g., F‑GAS).
• Senior: fully autonomous management of interventions, from fault diagnosis to commissioning, respecting safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in thermotechnical field and renewable energies.
• Serious, precise, practical work orientation.
• Category B driver licence.
• Residence near Padova.
• Junior/Apprentice: age for apprenticeship contract; excellent manual dexterity; high motivation; preferred technical diploma (thermo‑hydraulic, electrical, energy).
• Senior/Trained Technician: minimum 3‑5 years experience in HVAC; autonomous in diagnosis and installation; solid electrical & hydraulics knowledge; preferred F‑GAS certification.

Offer

• Junior: professional apprenticeship contract with clear training plan and continuous supervision, aimed at stabilization.
• Senior: permanent contract (preliminary probation period) with salary commensurate with experience; tools and equipment provided; technical updates available.
