Responsibilities

• Vendor invoices posting (IT, EU, Extra-EU)
• Receive and codify electronic vendor invoices via dedicated platform
• Manage vendors database (provide information to the Vendor Master Data team and set up Vendors efficiently)
• Analyze contracts and related expense reports
• Keep monthly accounting records for processing of balance sheets and other financial statements as part of the Accounts Payable perimeter
• Support monthly closing (perform accruals and verify status of prepaid expenses and invoices, extract information and reconcile independently)
• Bank reconciliation for payments and collections posting
• Accounting management of Vendor payment requests to support weekly Cash‑Flow (advance payments, payment due, exchange rate difference reconciliation, etc.)
• Prepare VAT, LIPE, Esterometro, Intrastat declarations autonomously
• General Ledger accounting (perform accruals and giro account postings)
• Support client accounting (support accounting with giro account postings)
• WTH and FATCA declarations (experience with U.S. tax requirements)
• T&E expense analysis (ensure accounting correctness and rule compliance)

Technical Skills

• Skilled in SAP and MS Excel; experienced user (manage reports with intermediate formulas and extract information from multiple sources)
• Knowledge of CRM tools (previous experience required to extract information and perform checks)

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, Finance and Control, or similar
• Tax/Statutory Advisor/Chartered Accountant firm experience preferred
• +5 years of all‑around accounting experience in small/medium companies
• Fluent Italian and English (must‑have)
• Quick learner, self‑starter, communication, proactivity, helpfulness, team player
