Your Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Operation Project Leader to join our growing organization. This self-motivated, creative, and proactive individual should thrive in a dynamic environment involving multiple platforms, architectures, technologies, and work settings. Based at our HQ in Cesena, Italy, the role involves managing new strategic projects to expand and strengthen our international manufacturing footprint.

Responsibilities include managing project timelines, resource allocation, coordinating manufacturing layout activities, and introducing new manufacturing technologies and processes. The role also involves overseeing the phase-in of new products, optimizing production processes, and ensuring quality and technological standards. International travel and short stays abroad are required.

Your Impact

  • Manage problem-solving activities related to project management and manufacturing (6σ, Kaizen, etc.)
  • Oversee factory and assembly line layout projects and Gantt schedules
  • Manage sub-projects such as machinery and automation system introductions
  • Conduct SWOT analysis of technology and layout solutions
  • Evaluate and optimize internal logistics flows

About You

  • Degree in mechanical or management engineering, focused on production and logistics
  • 4-5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, methods, or logistics roles
  • Background in automotive, whitegoods, or industrial companies with complex, series production processes
  • Knowledge of welding, metal, painting technologies is a plus
  • Understanding of production and assembly processes
  • Fundamentals of Lean methodologies (Value Stream Mapping, SMED, DMAIC, 6σ)
  • Goal-oriented with good interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Knowledge of SAP and Power BI is advantageous
  • Enthusiasm, humility, proactivity, and a passion for sports and physical activity
