This Position reports to:

Quality Manager

Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will support the deployment of the quality strategy for a local organizational unit, including fostering a quality culture, implementing systems and tools, and building competent teams. Your goal is to achieve and exceed customer expectations while ensuring sustainable operations. Daily, you will help the organization balance prevention, continuous improvement, root cause analysis, quick response, and sustainable solutions. You will collaborate with local functions impacting quality to reach organizational targets and strive for world-class performance.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Supporting communication related to quality management within your area.
  • Identifying and addressing risks and opportunities related to quality management.
  • Using quality data analytics to identify risks, failures, and non-conformances.
  • Facilitating resolution of customer cases through root cause analysis and implementing preventive and corrective actions.

Qualifications For The Role

  • Experience working with a leading company in the circuit breaker market.
  • Approximately 1 year of experience in quality, proficient in Microsoft Office, with general IT skills. Knowledge of statistical analysis software is a plus.
  • Fluent communication skills in Italian and English.
