SISTEC AM, a company based in Sacile (PN) operating in the field of industrial automation and sheet metal processing systems, is experiencing continuous growth and is looking for new professionals to join its team.

We are seeking motivated candidates with a passion for technology and a desire to contribute to the development of innovative solutions for our clients.

1. SCADA Specialist

The selected candidate will join software development teams working on robots and PLCs, focusing on the design and implementation of SCADA solutions for monitoring and controlling industrial systems.

Requirements:

• Programming skills (C#, Java, Python, or JScript)
• Knowledge of SCADA software (WinCC, Movicon, Ignition, or similar)
• Availability to travel within Italy and abroad

2. Junior Project Operations Coordinator

A support role to the COO in the supervision and operational coordination of company projects.

Main responsibilities:

• Managing technical and safety documentation
• Monitoring project progress

Requirements:

• Educational background in technical or management fields (preferably Industrial or Mechanical Engineering)
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

3. Electrical Designer

The candidate will be responsible for designing electrical diagrams for systems and automated machines, selecting components, and coordinating external suppliers for the production of electrical panels.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in electrical/electronic engineering or related fields
• Knowledge of electrical CAD software
• Good teamwork skills

4. Mechanical Assembler Apprentice / Warehouse Support

We are looking for a young, motivated individual to join a technical and hands‑on training program.

Responsibilities:

• Mechanical assembly of groups and machines at the company’s facilities
• After a training period, participation in installation and testing activities at customer sites

Requirements:

• Diploma or qualification in mechanical or mechatronic fields
• Good manual skills and teamwork attitude
