Sales Support Specialist (Chinese Speaker)

Overview

We're looking for a highly motivated Sales Support Specialist to join the Enterprise Business Group (EBG) team at Huawei, a global technology leader.

The EBG division in Italy provides comprehensive, end-to-end ICT solutions—from network and data center infrastructure to cloud, storage, and cybersecurity—to support the digital transformation of businesses, public administration, and vertical sectors like energy, transportation, and finance.

Responsibilities

• Data Management: Verify and manage sales data entered into the system, including visits, goals (timing, budget, products), and customer information.
• Customer & Order Management: Input and update customer profiles in the system, ensuring data accuracy. Check order compliance and ensure all required information is correctly provided.
• Inventory & Stock Control: Monitor product stock levels in warehouses to ensure availability.

What We're Looking For

• Language: Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken) is a must.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar back-office or sales support role.
• Skills: Excellent attention to detail, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Work Style: You're a methodical and reliable professional who can handle a high volume of repetitive tasks with precision.

Offer Details

• Job Location: Milan, Italy
• Contract: 1-year contract with a possibility of renewal
• Gross Annual Salary: Around €27,000
