We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented individual to join our client's International Sales team. In this dynamic and multifaceted role, you will serve as a central hub for indirect sales activities and act as a valuable sparring partner within our international team. You will contribute significantly to the success of our global network by managing processes, supporting stakeholders, and ensuring smooth operations across borders.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Vice President International Indirect Sales and the Backoffice team
  • Draft and prepare communications for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate and manage key administrative processes
  • Support visits from international physicians and distributors
  • Create, analyse, and manage sales reports
  • Creation of professional presentations in English
  • Independently monitor payment behaviour of distributor countries
  • Respond to customer requests in collaboration with internal departments (Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Logistics, Product Management, Medical Education, etc.)

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial education and / or at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Proven experience working with international customers (Europe, Asia, Middle East, LATAM)
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills; additional languages (e.g. German, Italian, Spanish) are a strong asset
  • Solid MS Office skills, ERP system experience preferred
  • Confident, structured, and professional communicator with outstanding organisational skills
  • Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented with a goal- and solution-driven mindset
  • Customer-focused with the ability to think strategically and work across functions
