Our client is a leading fashion and lifestyle marketplace originating from China, specializing in authenticated sneakers, streetwear, luxury apparel, and collectibles. With a strong presence in the global fashion scene, the platform is especially popular among sneaker and streetwear enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily HR administration including payroll, benefits, employee records, and office-related matters.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and exit processes, including asset management.
  • Serve as a trusted contact for employee concerns and promote engagement strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws, internal policies, and health & safety standards.
  • Support initiatives that enhance productivity, performance, and retention.
  • Assist in performance processes and initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in an HRBP or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Italian labor laws.
  • Proven experience in employee relations, compliance, and HR systems.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Language requirements :

  • Chinese nationals : Fluent in Chinese and English
  • Italian nationals : Fluent in Italian and Chinese
