Summary of the Role

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance in the defined areas of expertise via a ticketing system, with ongoing interface to the commercial department for resolutions.
• Elaborate and provide strategic consulting for the development of new products or enhancements to existing products, in close collaboration with the Technical R&D department.
• Conduct training, presenting products to customers on technical features, operation, and applications.
• Collaborate in organizing company events and trade shows, providing technical support to the sales area.

The Ideal Candidate / Qualifications

• Diploma in electronics or related field
• Fluent knowledge of English
• Previous experience in technical support for electromechanical products with skills in electrical circuits, hydraulics, and conductive materials
