Overall Job Purpose

Providing a warm welcome and equally warm farewell are key aspects of the role. The bartender knows how to follow brand directives and standards to the highest level. Handling guests at the bar, clearing and setting tables, serving food.

• Fluent in both Italian and English

• Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness
• Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and be responsive

Candidate profile

• Education and Experience
• Minimum 3-year experience in a similar role in a comparable property with sizeable rooms and meeting spaces.
• Preferred: Demonstrated ability to work on behalf of guests, collaborate with team members, and identify business opportunities.
