Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance Engineer

Purpose of the position: As Commissioning & Operation Engineer you will be part of the ENCAR Business line within Onshore Plant Commissioning Department (COMPL). You will mainly support the development of the pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, test run, training and operation engineering for projects in Country and abroad.

How can you support us?

  • 1. Ensure that all activities under his responsibility are done in full compliance with the HSE, Project requirements and Corporate Standards.
  • 2. Develop and/or provide support during the preparation of the Precommissioning, Commissioning and Start Up Plans and deliverables (i.e. Manuals/Procedures) including Operating Instructions, System Dossiers, etc.
  • 3. Participate to Commissioning Design Review, Operability/ Maintainability/ P&ID's and 3D Model Review,
  • 4. Commissionability Study, Participation to HAZOP, Operating Manual Review, Test Run Procedure Review, Support to Tie-in Dossiers definition, etc.
  • 5. Prepare the Purchase Requisitions (RdA) and Technical Evaluation falling within own sphere of responsibility.
  • 6. Provide support during the preparation of the progress reports.
  • 7. Provide support during the execution at site of the Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning & Start-up activities.
  • 8. Perform frequent safety and quality observations in the field and report findings.
  • 9. Provide support during Pre Start-up Safety Reviews (PSSR) meetings, HSE meetings, etc.
  • 10. Red-mark and keep updated Key engineering documentations (mostly P&IDs) as required during commissioning and first operations trail.

What are we looking for?

Education: Master's Degree/bachelor’s degree in: Chemical or Mechanical Engineering

Background: 2 years as a Process or Mechanical Engineer

Technical Knowledge: Full knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and softwares, as well AI tools (such as COPILOT, etc.)

What else should you know? Some travelling will be expected within Worldwide (mainly Middle East).
