SHOP ASSISTANT CENTRO SICILIA - MISTERBIANCO (CT)

Adecco Italia seeks a flexible, student‑friendly retail assistant for the prestigious Misterbianco store located within the Centro Sicilia shopping center (CT). The role offers a dynamic environment with a variety of working hours and a competitive hourly wage.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers as a sales associate.
• Work from Monday to Sunday in 6‑ or 8‑hour shifts (including a 1‑hour break) between 06:00 and 23:00, with the option to choose the day and time.
• Participate in the payment of a base hourly rate of €9.60 gross, with a higher rate on holidays.
• Receive daily meal vouchers of €5 or €7.
• Complete the required basic workplace safety course on the first day of employment if not already certified.

Qualifications & Availability:

• Student or university student status preferred.
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety regulations (mandatory).
• Proficient sales skills: product/service sales and sales techniques.
• Language: English (basics).
• Availability: full‑time, part‑time morning/afternoon, weekends, holidays, and non‑night shifts, including evenings.

Contract: Fixed‑term contract with durations of 1 or more days; potential for additional shifts in forthcoming weeks/months.
