Job Description:

RINA is recruiting for a Junior System Engineer (Defence Sector) to join its office in Rome within the Electronics and Systems Engineering Division.

Mission

The candidate will join the system and integration engineering team, which activities include:

  • Technical support to the definition, verification, and validation of systems for clients from the industrial/defence/aerospace sectors;
  • System analysis and evaluation against standards and norms;
  • Client’s on-field support for integration, testing, and acceptance.

Key Accountabilities

  • System/Subsystem Integration and Support: contribute to drafting/updating technical documentation.
  • Testing and Validation: support systems and subsystems testing (in-house and on-field).
  • Documentation and Reporting: review and update technical documentation.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: prepare and present reports on activities performed.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering or Electronics.

Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, electromechanical, or hydraulic systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Ability to perform risk analyses.
