Your mission is to ensure predictable and consistent revenue through lifecycle marketing initiatives—leveraging data-driven insights to create forecasts, shape strategic plans, and maintain reliable performance.

Minimum Experience Requirement

  • At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in email and SMS marketing, with proven execution across campaigns, automations, segmentation, and optimization.
  • At least 2 years of experience in retention marketing, owning initiatives that drive predictable revenue, customer lifetime value, and ongoing lifecycle improvements.

Onboarding

  • Manage, align, and work with pod members (Growth strategist, Meta/Google/Channel Media Buyer, Creative Strategist).
  • Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with great attention to detail.
  • Maintain data integrity across Statlas and other tracking tools.
  • Be responsible for the execution of the Prophet system for clients.
  • Build an email forecast using the Prophet system, growth map, data analysis, and campaign alignment.
  • Execute monthly actualization vs forecast, deconstruct tactics, and determine resources required to meet KPIs.
  • Combine data analysis and client feedback to develop future strategic plans and adopt new tools.
  • Lead obstacle‑free execution and embrace inseparable curiosity.
  • Implement CTC’s email and SMS best practices, leveraging memberships, subscriptions, loyalty programs, pop‑ups, quizzes, cart drawers, upsell tools, direct mail, and more to impact retention metrics.
  • Keep methodologies and processes up to date and managed throughout the account.
  • Monitor active campaigns, deploy resources, or update strategy to hit projected targets.
  • Run tests to improve campaign performance.

Ensuring and Holding the Standard of Quality of Work

  • Deliver on‑brand outputs every time, collaborating with designers and copywriters.
  • Ensure technical setups for all automation, campaign, and retention tools are correct and synergistic.
  • Maintain alignment between client, forecast, and strategy.
  • Reach above‑benchmark client satisfaction rates.
  • Execute the Prophet system to 100% within the required timeline.
  • Adhere to optimal quality, detail, and deadline compliance.

Client Communication

  • Champion communication, aligning retention and revenue goals with growth map and next steps; ensure clarity across team with exact deadlines.
  • Send daily performance updates to the client.
  • Ensure weekly alignment of strategy, forecast, and client progress.
  • Provide weekly Slack updates.
  • Report via collaboration with Growth Strategists and Media Buyers.

Contributing Back

  • Share learnings for system feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate on ideas and learning across teams.
  • Support future company content production.

Job Scope

  • Oversee profitable growth of retention channels (email, SMS, direct mail, pop‑ups, push notifications; subscriptions, memberships, loyalty programs).
  • Write briefs and ensure the team can execute.
  • Complete accurate reports, cross‑checking multiple data points.
  • Analyze metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness, provide insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and other teams to create compelling email content.
  • Ensure timely delivery of relevant deliverables (emails, SMS, etc.) with effective project management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, new features, and best practices to optimize performance.
  • Serve as a client‑facing consultant, solving business problems beyond the email platform.
  • Prioritize relational equity with team and clients for sustained growth.

What’s in It for Me?

Salary Range

  • First 30 days – $1.5K (Part‑time transition phase); notice at current job, daily training for first 15 days, shadow and support during next 15 days.
  • Days 31–60 – $3K (Full‑time start); transition to full‑time, manage first 3 accounts independently.
  • Days 61–90 – $4‑5K + performance bonuses; continue growing portfolio, earn bonuses based on revenue targets, negotiate term contract annually.

This will depend on the amount of clients and the quality of work.
