Reporting to the SalesOps Lead, the Data Analyst, SalesOps will play a key role on the SalesOps team by ensuring data quality, contributing to data strategy, and maintaining and standardizing reporting.

Responsibilities

• Undertake analysis to identify anomalies within data and work to maintain data quality
• Ensure data availability across core verticals in target geographies through data builds
• Define, collect, analyse, interpret and visualise/present data to support decision making
• Ensure that company data is recorded accurately and is correct
• Support on various SalesOps initiatives

About You

• Recent graduate or 1-2 years of similar experience
• Experience using Salesforce
• Demonstrate Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills (particularly vlookup, pivot tables etc)
• Detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
• Strong critical thinker, analytical, with complex problem-solving skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments and geographically distributed teams in highly collaborative environments
• Highly motivated “do-er” with a strong sense of collaboration, ownership, urgency and drive
• Excellent time-management skills with an ability to effectively prioritize tasks
• Excellent interpersonal skills along with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for data and business intelligence
• Prior experience in sales or business development
• Knowledge in the fashion, luxury or beauty industry
