Experience & Skills

  • 4+ years of proven experience in general or administrative accounting roles, preferably in dynamic business environments or advanced professional firms.
  • Solid knowledge of national accounting principles (OIC) and Italian tax regulations.
  • Experience or strong interest in the mechanisms of Subsidized Finance, with a proactive approach to seeking opportunities.
  • Excellent proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace, particularly Excel / Sheets for analysis and reporting.
  • Precision, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Competence in using management software (ERP).
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • AI tools use is a strong plus.
