Legal Counsel

Draft all surface right agreements, land lease and/or acquisition contracts and carry out expropriation procedures.

Drafting permitting administrative documentation and and communications with national, regional and local Administrations.

Support contract negotiations with suppliers (EPC/BoP) and energy selling schemes (PPAs, Market, GSE).

Drafting and negotiating agreements for sharing common electrical infrastructures with other developers.

Liaise with internal experts and external consultants supporting the permitting and legal due diligence.

Support M&A processes, including drafting NBOs, LOIs, SPAs and DSAs. Keep company legal records.

Support and manage eventual lawsuits, which may arise in the course of the business

Degree in Law.

Team player.

Advanced knowledge of MS Office.

Knowledge of QGIS is a plus.

Independent way of working, commitment, accuracy, organized.

Willingness to travel.

Languages: Italian and English (C1)
