Health and Wellbeing Coordinator

John Cabot University, a regionally accredited American liberal arts university in Rome, Italy, is seeking a candidate to fill the position of Health and Wellbeing Coordinator. Reporting directly to the Associate Dean of Students, the Coordinator supports the daily operations of the university’s health and wellness initiatives in collaboration with the JCU Medical Advisor.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate health services and insurance processes for students.
  • Collaborate closely with the Medical Advisor and counseling staff.
  • Provide administrative, programmatic, and student support to ensure effective delivery of wellness programs and health services.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for students, guiding them to appropriate resources with care, professionalism, and discretion.

Employment Details

Full‑time (38 hours / week), fully on‑site, one‑year term contract with possibility of renewal.
