Implement the company's sales plan to achieve sales targets. Work closely with local partners to identify target clients, build client pools, and conduct direct sales via phone calls and physical visits. Collect, organize, and provide feedback on target market information. Establish deep customer relationships to promote re-purchase and referrals, thereby driving sales growth. Responsible for maintaining customer information, storage, and classification management.

Requirements:

  1. 1-3 years of experience in direct sales.
  2. Location: Campania, Italy.
  3. Ability to generate pipeline and business opportunity leads.
  4. Passion for sales, diligent, and proactive.
  5. Willing to work remotely and travel up to 70%.
  6. Team-oriented, responsible, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Fluent in English (writing, speaking, listening, reading).
  8. Hold a valid driver's license.
