Global Production Engineer

Your responsibilities:

• Project management of technology and industrialisation projects in plant engineering for our international production plants.
• Support the Project Management Organization (PMO) by developing standardized processes, ensuring effective project governance, enabling effective portfolio management, and promoting clear and open communication across the organization.
• Participation in the annual planning of investments and management of investment projects.
• Procurement of new suppliers, solicitation of offers, preparation of plant supply contracts, and ongoing supplier management.
• Preparation of plant-wide guidelines in the area of technical matters.
• Participation in the standardization and further development of production technologies, processes, and the planning of new facilities.

Your profile:

• Technical oriented education, such as in the field of industrial and mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electronics, electrical engineering.
• First professional experience in technical project management and/or PMO, ideally in the food industry.
• Independence, problem-solving and organizational skills, flexibility, good communication and teamwork abilities, technical and digital affinity.
• Very good knowledge of English and/or German and Italian, willingness to travel.
