Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CRM & Digital marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), and target segmentation, with a strategic mindset and a clear understanding of multichannel customer journeys. Experience in digital marketing and media is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize CRM platforms, with a focus on Salesforce ecosystem tools.
  • Design and implement advanced segmentation strategies to drive personalized customer engagement.
  • Leverage CDP capabilities to unify customer data and activate insights across channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, media, digital) to ensure CRM strategies are fully integrated into broader campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze CRM and campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our multichannel strategy, ensuring consistency and innovation across touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in CRM, marketing automation, or customer engagement roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and / or other Salesforce modules.
  • Familiarity with CDP platforms and data activation strategies.
  • Solid understanding of segmentation, targeting, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
  • Experience in digital marketing and media planning is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in English.

Candidate Criteria

Minimum level of experience required: 5 to 10 years
