Position
Join our team as “Product/Application Manager-Refrigeration Food Retail” from our headquarters' offices in Padova, IT. and remotely from home. We consider a great mix working remotely from home and meeting colleagues in the offices.

S/he hierarchically reports to the Group Solution Marketing Manager Food Retail.
Marketing Unit Food Retail is a team dedicated to identifying, defining, launching and promoting solutions to cope with customers’ needs.
Solutions are made of a variety of electronic and mechanical elements, as well as software applications and are meant to control the refrigeration part of Food Retail shops, which includes refrigerated display cabinets, condensing units compressor racks and other subsystems.
MAIN GOAL
For our Solution Marketing department we are looking for a Group Application Manager for the Food Retail vertical. She/He will lead the growth of the assigned applications from a global perspective.
Within the role, s/he:
·Master a deep knowledge of the competitive landscape, technological market trends and regulations framework
·Develope the current marketing segmentation
·Develope a successful product and solution offer according to market segment value proposition
·Listening to customer voice analyzing customer feedback to improve the product offer
·Evaluate the development of new products/solutions exploring customer requirements, defining value proposition, building Business Plans, orchestrating price positioning, launch activities and promotion
·Evaluate new potential market niches, close to the assigned applications
·Drive effective internal and external communication
·Collaborate with Marketing Communication department defining communication plans, launch promotions, commercial materials, marketing campaigns, events and exhibitions
·Evaluating and executing promotional initiatives with Regional Marketing
·Presenting the products portfolio to the Regional Marketing, with dedicated events, trainings or supporting customer visits
·Collaborate with other departments like product platforms, R&D, services and manufacturing to ensure a successful product deployment
