Project Manager

Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive the execution of our projects in the Italian site, based in La Spezia.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate project activities and stakeholders from tender transfer to close-out including :

• Be accountable for project Quality-Cost-Delivery performance and optimize Project Financial performance (Margin & Cash)
• Be responsible for the project governance. Define project strategy, objectives and schedule according to a Design For Quality development in order to achieve customer satisfaction in the frame of the Contract
• Lead a multi-site / multi-department project team to achieve their objectives, synchronizing internal partners and arbitrating when necessary
• Proactive risk, saving and opportunity management
• Lead communication with the customers
• Management of the project progress and its KPIs, and reports to senior management
• Support Key Account Managers in the management of variation orders
• Manage claim and litigations if needed

Educational Requirements

• Mandatory : Master degree (Engineering, Economy)

Desirable

• PMI-PMP certification

Experience

• Mandatory : 3 / 5 years experience as qualified project manager
• Experience of working in and with multi-national companies and in different business cultures

Desirable

• Experience in the Railway field
