Job Description

Your opportunity

We are currently looking for a Client Advisor to join our DoDo corner located in Rinascente Tritone - Roma.

How you will contribute

The ideal candidate will act as a brand ambassador, spreading the values and philosophy of our brand, with the goal of maximizing sales.

The candidate will manage client relations and identify customer needs to ensure each customer receives excellent and professional service throughout.

Who you are

Previous experience in a customer service-focused environment, with a genuine passion for luxury.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; storytelling abilities.

Strong dexterity and creativity to guarantee an excellent customer experience.

Positive attitude, enthusiastic, and team-oriented.

Good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
