Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional support to Italian‑speaking customers of a global logistics provider
• Assist with tracking inquiries delivery updates and service‑related questions
• Handle communication via phone email and chat
• Follow operational guidelines and performance standards

Candidate Profile

• Native / Fluent Italian with good level of English
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Customer‑focused and reliable
• EU citizenship or valid Greek work permit
• Ability to start on 16 December 2025
