Snr ISC Site Leader

Position Overview

As the Integrated Supply Chain Leader for our Civitanavi site, you will hold a leadership position responsible for supervising all manufacturing and supply chain activities. Your role is critical to ensuring the seamless production of fiber optic gyros, driving efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence. Reporting directly to the VP ISC, EMEAI, based in Switzerland, you will be instrumental in aligning site operations with strategic business goals.

As an Integrated Supply Chain Site Leader at Honeywell, you will strategically optimize end-to-end supply chain operations at our designated site, overseeing procurement, production, logistics, and distribution processes to ensure seamless integration, operational excellence, and drive the company's success.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• BA or BS Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Operations Management.
• 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in operations or supply chain management.
• Proven experience in Operations Management within a highly-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in Lean management and other process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent proficiency in Italian and English languages.
• Understanding of P&L and operations financial management.
• Green Belt, Black Belt, or Lean Certification preferred.
• Italian speaker, EU Citizen
