Support Workers needed

Overview

We are looking for motivated, compassionate, empathetic individuals to support our clients in their homes and out in the community. This job is ideal for support workers who have initiative and enjoy taking a flexible approach to supports each day. We offer the opportunity to work with a variety of clients who need support in their own homes or out in the community.

Qualifications & Responsibilities

• Experienced support worker in community or residential environment.
• Ability to work within a framework that celebrates the strengths of the client and proactively supports them to live their good life.
• Combination of life‑coaching, care work, companionship and being motivational.
• Weekend availability.
• Own vehicle and full driver’s licence.
• Level 2, 3 or 4 healthcare qualification essential; without one application may not be considered.
