About Raffmetal

Founded in 1979, Raffmetal is the leading European producer of recycled aluminium alloys. With three production sites in Brescia province, we offer 100% recycled aluminium alloys in continuous casting, liquid state and special alloys of primary quality with a high recycling rate.

Our purpose is to produce aluminium by recovering end‑of‑life products, believing that aluminium and circular economy will play a strategic role to reach climate neutrality targets, avoiding the exploitation of primary raw materials from upstream extraction and reducing the carbon footprint of downstream products. Responsibilities

  • Verification and equipment management: Plan and control periodic verifications, INAIL denouncements and improvements on working equipment.
  • Workplace safety: Site inspections, incident/missing incident analysis, promotion of compliance with regulations and improvement actions.
  • Environmental management: Operational control of waste, water, emissions and hazardous substances, with daily monitoring.
  • Training and supervision: Plan safety training, update DVR, manage post‑injury and collaborate with the competent medical professional.
  • Documentation and external practices: Supervise documentation, reporting on injuries and manage authorisation path (fire protection, plant).

Qualifications

  • Degree in Environmental Engineering/Safety/Preventive Technologies or related university/ITS courses.
  • Preferable prior experience in the role or related fields such as HSE (Health, Safety, Environment).
  • Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations (D.Lgs. 81/08).
  • Data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Residence in Valle Sabbia or nearby municipalities.
  • Organizational project management skills, planning, priority and deadline management.
  • Attitude for continuous updating and improvement search.
  • Quick adaptation to new regulations or situations.
