The Role

• Drive new business and manage key accounts across Europe.
• Develop strategic account plans, especially with Tier 1 & Tier 2 automotive suppliers.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver tailored automation and machine vision solutions.
• Identify growth opportunities, track market trends, and represent the company at key events.

About You

• Degree in Engineering, Automation, Robotics, or Business.
• 5+ years’ experience in sales or key account management in automation, robotics, or industrial sectors.
• Strong network and success managing large industrial clients.
• Fluent in English (Italian, French, or Spanish a plus).
• Open to frequent travel across Europe.
