For our Italian office in Settimo Milanese, we are looking for a Service Technician (m/f/d).

Your Responsibilities

1. Install new equipment at customer sites: connect, test functions, calibrate, and optimize production.
2. Train customers in operations and maintenance procedures.
3. Perform maintenance activities on equipment and peripherals; advise customers on maintenance topics and process optimization.
4. Support customers with technical troubleshooting.
5. Collaborate closely with our R&D department for continuous product improvement.
6. Assist with the service hotline support.

Your Background

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technical School, or a professional apprenticeship with several years of relevant work experience, preferably in the optical industry.
2. Experience in mechanical engineering; experience in automation/robotics is a plus.
3. Strong customer orientation with excellent communication skills; fluency in English and Italian required.
4. Team player with sound judgment and decision-making skills.
5. Willingness to travel extensively.
