Safety Solutions Specialist Sr Associate

Role Overview

In this role, you will make a significant impact by contributing to moderately complex projects, managing time to meet targets, developing short-term work plans, and applying judgment to modify methods and techniques as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to moderately complex projects, managing your time to meet targets and developing short-term work plans.
  • Use judgment to modify methods and techniques as needed.
  • Support, review, and evaluate requirements, project plans, and objectives.
  • Collaborate with business and technical groups to assess the impact of business requirements and technical changes.
  • Gather, analyze, and validate requirements from stakeholders, securing agreement across all parties.
  • Support global Pfizer Digital project deployments, continuous improvement initiatives, and implement global programs, coordinating communication and generating reports on system usage or support.

Qualifications (Minimum Requirements)

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of experience or associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience or BA/BS with 2+ years of experience or MBA/MS with any years of relevant experience
  • Understands concepts of information management with emphasis on document and records management
  • Experience in project management, data analysis, business analysis, and information integration
  • Excellent communication skills, and proficiency in English

Preferred Requirements (Bonus Points)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
  • Proficiency in SQL and database management
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks
