Join Customer Care Management (CCM) as we transform for international customer excellence in a digital world. We need you to ensure effective and up-to-date knowledge and information for all international internal as well as external operation units.

You will create working instructions and review/update them regularly. Additionally, you will communicate updates/changes to working instructions to in-house units and service providers. You will collaborate with training and quality management and work on projects to ensure operational readiness when new processes and procedures are implemented. You will also interface with marketing and commercial teams to update information in the knowledge management tool.

Your contribution

With the responsibility to ensure that agents read and understand working instructions, you will help shape the future of international CCM.

Customer Care Management is an international matrix organization where you will collaborate with colleagues from France, Germany, Italy, and Poland.

Your education

You have successfully completed an apprenticeship.

Your experience

You are experienced in handling high volumes of information and documents, and can derive and create simplified information (e.g., working instructions, news, general information) for customer agents.

You have at least C1 level proficiency in Polish and B2 in English, along with creativity and adaptability to find the best ways to communicate knowledge (e.g., diagrams, decision trees). You also possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

You are able to work in a structured manner with an operational excellence mindset based on customer knowledge.
