We are seeking a Software Requirements Engineer to support our aerospace projects in Milan.

What You Will Do

  • Work alongside developers to capture and structure software requirements.
  • Draft requirements with a strong focus on testability and verification.
  • Manage requirement traceability throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Contribute to test activities, including integration and unit testing.
  • Ensure alignment between system specifications, software design, and testing.

What We’re Looking For

  • University degree in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in the role.
  • Experience with requirements management tools (IBM DOORS).
  • Familiarity with software testing (integration and unit testing).
  • Background in aerospace or other safety-critical industries is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical mindset and collaborative working style.
  • Good command of English and Italian
