Our core business includes Waste Heat Recovery Units (WHRU), Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSG), biomass plants, WTE and fired boilers. We deliver "turnkey" projects for industrial clients, helping them improve energy efficiency, reduce costs, and meet environmental targets.

Your Role: The Engineer-to-Manager Track
As a Project Engineer, you will be the technical backbone of our projects, ensuring that all engineering aspects are executed flawlessly from design to commissioning. You will work directly under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager, supporting them on large-scale projects while progressively taking on project management responsibilities.
Your time will be split between core technical engineering (approx. 60‑70%) and project management development (approx. 30‑40%), with the goal of transitioning to a full Project Manager role.
Core Engineering Responsibilities
- Technical Design & Review: Assist in developing and reviewing technical documentation, including Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), general arrangement drawings, and technical specifications for equipment (boilers, heat exchangers, auxiliaries, etc.).
- Procurement Support: Collaborate with the procurement team to prepare technical requisitions, evaluate vendor bids, and ensure supplied equipment meets all project specifications.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure all project activities adhere to relevant engineering standards, safety regulations (e.g.G., PED), and client requirements.
- Site & Commissioning Support: Provide engineering support during the construction, installation, and commissioning phases, troubleshooting technical issues as they arise.
- Documentation: Prepare technical reports, as-built documentation, and operations & maintenance (O&M) manuals.
Project Management Development Path
This is where you'll build your future. You will be actively mentored and trained to :
- Assist in Project Planning: Help develop project schedules (Gantt charts), identify critical path activities, and define project milestones using tools like MS Project.
- Support Cost & Budget Control: Learn to track project costs, monitor budgets vs. actuals, and assist in preparing change orders.
- Manage Stakeholders: Act as a key technical point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams, preparing and presenting regular progress reports.
- Manage Risk: Participate in risk assessment workshops and help maintain the project risk register.
- Take Ownership: Start by managing smaller, well-defined project sub-packages or internal projects from start to finish.
Qualifications & Skills
Required (The Foundation):
- B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical, Energy, or Chemical Engineering (or a related technical field).
- 2-5 years of experience in an engineering role, preferably within the industrial plant, power generation, oil & gas, or heavy manufacturing sectors.
