Main Responsibilities

• Design of capital equipment (machinery), both mechanical and hydraulic.
• Responsible for detailed design specifications and related documentation.
• Design, engineer, test, and troubleshoot equipment.
• Provide detailed documentation including design specifications to enable production and application of products.
• Streamline operations for efficiency, cost savings, safety, and reliability.
• Maintain technical project files.
• Implement and test design concepts.

Requirements

• Proficiency in mechanical engineering.
• Experience with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks & Inventor preferred).
• Experience with Ansys (SolidWorks FEA Cosmos in SolidWorks Professional preferred).
• Willingness to embrace new techniques and technologies.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment problems and perform system tests.
• Ability to work in a development team.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel and work remotely with colleagues in Brazil and China.
