Freedom24 is the investment platform of the international financial company Freedom Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: FRHC), serving over 400,000 clients worldwide in the investment brokerage sector. Clients have access to more than one million investment products – from bonds and stocks to funds and options.

We are growing dynamically and continuously expanding our presence across Europe – with a current focus on the Italian market. To strengthen our team in Milan, we are looking for a dedicated Relationship Manager who will help us build long-term client relationships and actively contribute to our business development in the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary contact for Italian-speaking clients: support onboarding, answer product and platform questions, and resolve inquiries;
  • Present our investment platform and services to new clients during introduction calls;
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction;
  • Identify client needs and offer appropriate investment-related guidance;
  • Stay informed about financial markets and communicate relevant updates to clients;
  • Maintain accurate client records and assist with operational tasks;
  • Collaborate with internal teams (support, sales, product, compliance) to deliver smooth service;
  • Collect and share client feedback to improve service and processes.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Italian to communicate with local clients;
  • Fluent English for internal communication;
  • 2+ years of experience in a financial services or brokerage company, ideally in a B2C client-facing role;
  • Proven experience in sales or relationship management;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Genuine interest in financial markets (e.g., follows financial news, invests personally);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
