The Role (100% Volunteer)

We\'re seeking a Rome-based Events Coordinator to help plan and deliver events, combining remote coordination with on-site support.

Responsibilities

• Organize event logistics (venues, catering, materials)
• Liaise with local venues, partners, and speakers
• Manage outreach, invitations, and promotions online and locally
• Be present on-site to ensure smooth event delivery

Qualifications

• Based in Rome and available for on-site events
• Experienced in event planning, hospitality, or communications
• Comfortable coordinating logistics and collaborating with international teams
• Passionate about making a positive impact for animals
• Fluent in Italian
