Blade Support Specialist

REQUISITION ID: 6410 - LOCATION: Site, FI - DEPARTMENT: Service

Nordex Nordic is seeking a Blade Support Specialist for our regional field support team. In this role, you will handle blade-related ServiceNow tickets, evaluate inspection reports, provide technical support during blade repairs, and assist with planning and coordination of blade works within the Nordic Region.

Your Tasks

• Handle all blade-related ServiceNow tickets
• Evaluate and categorize blade damages found during inspections
• Provide technical support for internal and external interfaces
• Support on-site repair evaluations and subcontractor quality checks
• Assist in planning blade repair and inspection resources
• Facilitate transparent communication of inspection and repair activities
• Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure efficiency and transparency
• Support effective customer communication
• Coordinate with internal departments for optimal results

Your Profile

• Technical education (electrical or mechanical)
• Qualification or experience in blade composite work is advantageous
• European Driving Licence
• Fluent in English; Finnish and Swedish skills are a plus
• Proficient with MS Office and SAP
• Experience in blade inspection report evaluation and damage classification
• Experience in the wind turbine industry
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Health and Safety standards
