The Digital Channel Lead will collaborate with a cross-functional team to shape the digital funnel from how customers discover to how they purchase Apple products through our channel shape ground-breaking and customer-centric experiences that take into account global industry trends consumer behaviour and Apple core optimize and analyze ideas. Synthesize conclusions into recommendations and business cases for implementing a deep understanding of industry trends and competitors activity to develop relevant opportunities that can drive business presentations and best practices playbooks for customer workshops to inspire them to achieve best-in-class Digital CX close collaboration with our central Digital teams develop the digital playbook for the South Europe accounts and regularly report on progress to relevant stakeholders. Develop regional digital review & reporting by analyzing data insights digital KPIs and CX monitoring to present current state and determine appropriate actions.
