Overview

Base Digitale Platform, part of Base Digitale group, specializes in developing digital platforms to help clients accelerate their digital transformation. The Business Unit, formed from the merge of IFM Infomaster Spa and DVR Srl, offers Omnichannel Contact Center and Customer Relationship Management platforms, enhanced with Artificial Intelligence solutions for comprehensive customer relationship management and optimal customer experiences.

Role Description

We are looking for an Account Manager who will be responsible for managing sales activities in the central-south regions of Italy. Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Developing sales strategies
  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Building new client relationships
  • Maintaining and reinforcing existing client relationships
  • Achieving sales targets

The role is performed in a hybrid setting: work can be done partially from home and partially by visiting clients in the assigned area. It is necessary to be located in or near Milan because most of the visits will be performed in this area. Candidates coming from outside the Milan region will not be considered.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the digital technology industry, with demonstrable success in the role
  • Minimum 3 years experience in B2B sales
  • Knowledge of Omnichannel Contact Center and Customer Relationship Management platforms
  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field
