This position reports to: R&D Team Lead

Your Role And Responsibilities

This role is contributing to the development and maintenance of a low voltage breaker in the workshop area at the Bergamo plant. Main stakeholders are prototype specialists and machineries.

The work model for the role is:

• Working as a reliable contributor in R&D projects
• Developing mechanical prototypes according to R&D instructions/procedures.
• Elaborating engineering drawings, tolerances, test/assembly instructions and Bills of Materials.
• Defining the best operations to build or assemble components.

Qualifications For The Role

• You hold a five years technical diploma or ITS in electromechanical field.
• 2-5 years experience in development, testing, assembling, maintenance with electrical products, or similar.
• Hands‑on experience with mechanical troubleshooting, reworking, and maintenance of CNC machining centers and other industrial equipment is a plus.
• You are at ease communicating in Italian and English (B1 level).
• Teamworking and problem solving skills.
