About the Role :

Reporting to the Country Security Manager and the local HR Manager, the Security Coordinator will develop and implement local security strategies concerning People, Assets, and Goods in coordination with Group Security. Responsibilities include enforcing and improving Ferrero Security Management System, ensuring the effective protection of personnel, physical assets, goods, and key processes through risk mitigation and cost-effective measures. The role covers various security aspects, including Local Security Intelligence, Physical Security, Logistical Security, Executive Protection, Travel Security, Incident Management, Fraud Investigation, Due Diligence, Security Training, and Threat and Risk Assessments across production facilities, offices, warehouses, and all business operations, in coordination with Group Security. The Security Coordinator will promote best practices and security improvements within the area.

• Plan, develop, and implement local security plans and programs such as Emergency Response, Crisis Management, Physical Security, Information Protection, Incident Management, and Investigations according to Group guidelines.
• Interface effectively with Group Security, local management, and relevant functions to address security issues promptly.
• Lead internal investigations into violations of law, breaches of ethics, theft, fraud, conflicts of interest, bribery, embezzlement, and unauthorized disclosure of proprietary information.
• Conduct periodic security assessments and deploy measures to mitigate risks.
• Perform annual risk analysis considering crime levels, terrorism, workplace violence, natural and man-made disaster threats.
• Provide leadership and advice to local management on security policies and resource expenditures to protect Ferrero assets.
• Establish and maintain communication channels with law enforcement, intelligence agencies, and security organizations at various levels.
• Manage and supervise security services at production sites, including drafting and implementing security procedures aligned with Ferrero policies.

REQUIRED :

• High school diploma; higher education degree preferred.
• Relevant experience in workplace security.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen to identify issues and develop solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
