Job Announcement: Mechatronic Design Engineer – R&D

We are a leading company in the design and production of innovative irrigation machinery, with a strong international presence and a continuous commitment to sustainability and technological development. To strengthen our R&D department, we are looking for a Mechatronic Design Engineer to contribute to the mechanical design of our products and the integration of mechatronic solutions within our machines.

Type: Full-time
Reports to: R&D Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Mechanical design of components and systems for agricultural machinery.
• Development of 3D models using CAD 3D software.
• Collaboration with PLC software engineers to integrate mechatronic functionalities into products.
• Technical support to production, assembly, and testing activities.
• Participation in short business trips for installation, training, or after-sales support.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechatronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in mechanical design roles.
• Excellent knowledge of 3D CAD software (PTC Creo).
• Basic skills in C++ programming and CodeSys environments.
• Knowledge of the English language at B1 level or higher (Ref: CEFR).
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with technical and production departments.
