Overview

Trade Development Manager — Torino The Advocate Group – in partnership with Monster Energy. Join one of the world’s fastest-growing drinks brands! Bold, dynamic, and globally recognised, Monster is at the forefront of the energy drinks category, and we’re now supporting them in the search for a Trade Development Manager to drive growth across Rome.

Responsibilities

  • Executing market activations and promotions in Rome.
  • Coaching and training distribution partner teams.
  • Winning new independent retail accounts while supporting existing ones.
  • Ensuring the right product mix and distribution in-store.
  • Driving placement of POS materials and merchandising.
  • Delivering market insights and timely reporting.

About You / Qualifications

  • Experienced in sales, ideally within FMCG or the drinks industry.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and resilient.
  • A strong communicator with excellent selling and negotiation skills.
  • Confident working independently but also a true team player.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in Italian with solid business English skills.
  • Holder of a driving licence and comfortable with travel across Rome.
