Sr. Front End Developer

A select number of positions require full-time in office attendance

What you'll be doing

• Developing new user-facing features.
• Building reusable code and libraries for future use adhering to best practices.
• Working alongside the UX team, the Backend team, Operations, and other teams to iterate on new features.
• Writing unit tests and thinking in a test-driven way.
• Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimizing modules for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensuring code security and compliance.
• Collaborating in feature testing and validation along with the QA team.

What you'll need to be successful

Must Haves:

• 7+ years of professional web development experience
• Excellent understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3
• Experience working with CSS preprocessing such as LESS and SASS
• Good understanding of Node.js and build tools (Gulp, Webpack, npm)
• Good understanding of Git workflow

Nice to haves:

• Experience working with TypeScript
